Report safety concerns

Reports involving coercion, underage content, exploitation, scams, threats or harassment are prioritized and escalated for administrator review. Emergency situations must be reported to local South African Police (SAPS) immediately — call 10111.

App review access

App store reviewers requiring access should contact support@rubyvelvet.co.za with the subject line: App Review Access Request. A review account, moderation explanation and policy documentation will be provided within 24 hours.
