Verification, consent, reporting and protection
RubyVelvet is built around provider verification, client safety, cash transparency and admin moderation. Every part of the booking workflow is designed to protect users.
Client safety
Keep all communication inside the platform chat. Avoid untracked payments, use booking records and report suspicious behaviour immediately through the report flow.
Cash review
Cash bookings remain visible to providers and admins until provider confirmation is recorded, reducing untracked off-platform payment risk.
Moderation
Reports, images, support tickets and verification requests all feed admin queues for manual review, action and escalation where necessary.
Anti-trafficking
RubyVelvet prohibits any use of the platform for trafficking, coercion or exploitation. Concerns are escalated to SAPS. Emergency situations: call 10111.
Consent and age
All interactions must be consensual, lawful and between adults aged 18 or over. Both providers and clients accept these terms at registration and are subject to ongoing platform enforcement.
