RubyVelvet does not process launch-phase payments. Providers and clients must agree cancellation and direct-transfer terms before confirming.
Cancellations
Use the booking record to cancel promptly. Any direct refund remains between the client and provider unless law requires otherwise.
Disputes
Support can preserve platform records and enforce account rules but cannot promise recovery of an off-platform transfer.
